2. Advantage:
1).The battery cage have two floors, upper four-tiers and lower four-tiers are connected by bolts. The heavy loading structure is stable and strong. The catwalks are combined with all rows of battery cages.
2).The catwalk is made of hot-dip galvanized grid. High anti-corrosion treatment, impact resistance and stress ability. good lighting, ventilation, heat dissipation, good anti-skidding performance.
3).The feeding system have two sets of trolleys,thay independently run. There set a strengthen tube along the bottom trough it is convenient for worker to stamp it.
4).Egg belts automatically convey the eggs to the front of the battery; the egg-collecting system gently transmits eggs into the vertical egg elevator; the eggs from each tier will enter its own egg elevator tray, and no collision occur. Finally the cross conveyor carry eggs to the packing room.
At the joint between egg belt and elevator, there set a device to collect soft eggs,where the soft eggs drop down into a tray from here ,it is convenient to move the tray.
