1.Preparation:
Ensure that the welding temperature is appropriate, usually below 80 degrees, to prevent the PP belt from decomposing at high temperatures.
Check the angle of the welding equipment, and it is recommended to use a 45-degree bevel to ensure the quality and strength of the welding.
2.Interface treatment:
The interface should be staggered by 5 cm to ensure the strength and durability of the connection.
The three-layer welding method is adopted, that is, the upper manure belt is placed on the lower manure belt at the joint, and then three passes of welding are performed.
When welding, ensure that the joint is welded to the edge 0.5 mm to prevent the weld from being scraped during operation.
3.Welding point arrangement:
The center spacing of the welding points should be 2 cm, and the spacing of the middle one should not be more than 3 cm to ensure the density and firmness of the welding points.

1. It is forbidden to touch the driving mechanism and perform maintenance work when the manure belt is running.

3. The pressure adjustment of the driving roller and the pressing roller should not be too tight, which may easily cause degumming. 4. 5. The tightness of the manure belt should not be adjusted too tightly, otherwise it will reduce its service life; if the pressure of the pressing roller is adjusted too loosely, the driving roller and the manure belt will slip during operation, which will damage the manure belt and reduce its life.
6. The manure belt should be loosened during the winter when the pens are empty to prevent the manure belt from shrinking and the cage frame from being damaged.
7. There should be someone guarding both ends of the cage when the manure belt is running.
