The frame of cage is formed with the hot galvanized plate by using CNC machine, Accurate assembling can improve the stability of the cage structure, also avoid manure belt off running.
The inside of the trough made of hot galvanized sheets is fitted with an additional adjusting plate.
When birds are small, birds gather for eating below the adjusting plate.
With the age increasing, the adjusting plate gets down.
And chickens gather for eating above the adjusting plate.
There is a bird-stop line above the adjusting plate.
Therefore, all the designs ensure that pullets can eat freely and avoid running away.

It includes two filters, Grade II pressure regulating valves, water meters, water pressure gauges, ball valves, PVC water pipes, medicators etc., and by opening or closing the ball valve, the water front parts can perform different operations including normal water feeding, closing and water feeding, and water line flushing.

The scraper adopts stainless steel square tube ,which never be deformed, can ensure the scraper is tight to roller,so it can clean manure completely.
