Features
The cage mesh uses galvanized wire, which is more corrosion-resistant than hot-dip galvanized wire.
The material trough is made of 1.0mm thick zinc-aluminum-magnesium plate, which has stronger corrosion resistance; the expansion joint is seamless, no material is stored, and the wheels run smoothly.
The push-pull cage door has a drum limit and is easy to operate, making it easy to transfer chickens in and out.
Four tensioned steel wires on each side support the bottom net to reduce the depression of the bottom net, which can greatly reduce broken eggs, dirty eggs and cracked eggs.
There is an egg protection baffle on the inside of the trough to prevent chickens from pecking eggs, and at the same time, to prevent chicken manure from splashing into the lower trough.
The tailstock is equipped with two manure scrapers to effectively clean the manure belt; the integrated linkage handle makes it easy to open the cleaning scraper.
The head frame uses a screw + chain to adjust the tension of the manure belt, which is more accurate and efficient.
