The frame of cage is formed with the hot galvanized plate by using CNC machine, Accurate assembling can improve the stability of the cage structure, also avoid manure belt off running.
The inside of the trough made of hot galvanized sheets is fitted with an additional adjusting plate.
When birds are small, birds gather for eating below the adjusting plate.
With the age increasing, the adjusting plate gets down.
And chickens gather for eating above the adjusting plate.
There is a bird-stop line above the adjusting plate.
Therefore, all the designs ensure that pullets can eat freely and avoid running away.

For feed storage equipment, feed can be filled in two ways,i.e.by feed charging truck and pneumatic feeding.
Composition: upper taper plate, middle coaming,
lower taper plate, upright and brace, ladder assembly,
flip cover assembly and other components. Purpose:
storage of feed.

Belt Type Manure Cleaning System: automatic manure removal to reduce ammonia emissions in the house to a minimum,Optimal cleaning effect of chicken manure.
The scraper adopts stainless steel square tube ,which never be deformed, can ensure the scraper is tight to roller,so it can clean manure completely.
The scraper can remove out freely,which is more convenient to clean up residual. This structure adopt unified lock method and easy to maintain and operate.
