Stainless steel 4-layer laying hen cage
The highly efficient and intensive cage designed specifically for laying hen farming is made of high-quality stainless steel and has a 4-layer three-

**Multi-layer synchronous operation**:
Each layer has an independent conveyor belt or roller to collect
eggs from 4 layers simultaneously to avoid missing any.
Cascading layout**:
4-layer structure, each layer has independent space, uniform ventilation and lighting, avoiding chicken manure pollution in the lower layer.
**Tilt angle**:
The cage bottom tilts forward 7°, and the eggs automatically roll down to the egg collection trough for easy collection.
Quality inspection and optimization
Load-bearing test
Simulate the maximum load (such as placing a 50kg weight on a single layer for 24 hours) and observe deformation or breakage.
Anti-corrosion verification
Pass the salt spray test (≥48 hours without red rust) to ensure a service life of ≥15 years.
Functional test
Simulate the activity of chickens to check the efficiency of the manure cleaning system (feces falling time ≤10 seconds) and the smoothness of drinking water and feeding.
Cage net:
The bottom of the net is made of imported aluminum-magnesium-zinc-plated wire. The advantages of this wire are high strength, good elasticity and smooth surface. It can effectively relieve chicken fatigue and reduce eggshell damage.

1. **Drive motor**
- Usually a **reduction motor** (power 0.75-1.5kW) is used, which has the characteristics of low speed and high torque and is suitable for frequent start and stop.

2. **Transmission device**
- **Chain/sprocket transmission**: Commonly used in scraper-type manure cleaners, corrosion-resistant and strong load-bearing capacity.
- **Wire rope winch**: Used for traction-type manure belts, which need to be checked regularly.
- **Gear rack**: High precision, easy maintenance of the oil filling port.
3. **Manure belt/scraper**
- **Manure belt**: PP material, laid on the bottom of the cage, driven by the motor to transport manure to the manure collection ditch.
- **Manure scraper**: Made of stainless steel or engineering plastics, it scrapes manure horizontally to the outside of the house.
4. **Control system**
- **Timing controller**: Preset the number of manure cleaning times per day (usually 2-4 times), which can be linked to the environmental monitoring system (such as ammonia sensor). - **Overload protection**: The motor will automatically shut down when it is overheated or stuck to avoid equipment damage.
