Our company is one of the earliest cage manufacturers in China. According to customer's requirements, we increase the height to suit the big broiler, decrease the width of cage to get better ventilation. After many years of experience it has proved that our cage has a good effect. From the first cage, our company has developed more than 10 types of broiler cage, completely meet the various needs of all farmers.
Our cages are fully processed by CNC machine, we also can design the individual cage as per the special requirement of customers to produce the customized products
1.The size of cage
The trolley feeding mode: the feeds are transported by the auger to the trolley hopper at the front of each row. Then the feeds are uniformly distributed into the trough of each tier by a moving trolley. Meanwhile amount of feeds can be adjusted.

The length and height of each unit of cages are 1200mm and 500mm , and width is 1620mm .This is more favorable for ventilation and provides more oxygen to birds while ensuring the firmness of cages. The experiences in many large scale companies have proven that our cages system can get more satisfactory feed conversion ratio and survival rate.
3.The distance between adjacent leg is 1200mm,such cage have larger bearing capacity and more stronger . the frame of cage is formed with the hot galvanized plate by using CNC machine, Accurate assembling can improve the stability of the cage structure,
C-shape legs are formed of hot galvanized sheets for easy cleaning.
4.Feed line with 1 pans and 2 drinking lines with 8 drinkers are set up in each cage. The reasonable configuration ensures that broilers can eat sufficient feeds and drink sufficient water. The height of feeding line and drinking lines can be freely adjusted according to the age of birds.

A1: We have two types of H frame broiler cage . The main different is on feeding system and birds harvset system .

A2:Different model,price is different.In addition,there are other complement equipments.

Q3:How long is the warrenty?
A3:1 year.
Q4:Who is in charge of install ?
A4:We will arrange two engineers to your country to guide installation
and provide training of full cage system.
