Introduction to Cage Wire






The cage wire is welded with aluminum plated zinc wire, and the zinc coating content of the cage mesh material reaches 275/m ².



The cage door is easy to open and close, reducing the risk of chicken throwing materials;



 

The spacing between columns is 1200mm, with a small span, multiple support points, and good equipment stability;






The advantages are high strength, good elasticity, good rust prevention effect, smooth surface of the chicken cage,



injection molding net at the bottom of the cage and foot pedal use,







 

Cage net: The bottom net is made of high-quality aluminum zinc plated wire, which has the advantages of high



strength, good elasticity, and smooth surface, effectively alleviating chicken fatigue while reducing eggshell damage.






 

Manure belt





 

Adopt the raw material PP, produce various kinds of the PP belt, as the user's requirement of thickness and width,



The PP belt uniform in thickness and the width, there is a little error. The edge of belt is neat.



Anti- Corrosion , resistance to cut, strong tensile strength.



The common manure belt is with thickness of 1.0mm to 1.2mm . the width can be produced as user's needs.

The scraper adopts stainless steel square tube ,which never be deformed, can ensure the scraper is tight to roller,so it can clean manure completely.
