Main frame structure of the equipment is made of hot-dip galvanizing steel plate which zinc coating thick-ness is 275g/m2.

Manure removal system
By learning the unique manure removal technology from abroad,the manure belt will noslip any more when it is loose and it can be continually operating by making the upper partight and lower part loose.
If the manure belt is tootight,it will be damaged because of expansion and contraction.
The belt runs at the speed of 2m/min,which solves the problem of deviation and curlededge.
The end part design of the manure removal machine follows the idea:environmentalprotection and neatness.
From this perspective,the complete cleanness of the equipmentwill cause less damages to the environment of chicken house.That will be the necessaryconditions for developing animal breeding industry in the future.
