The operating temperature range of PP conveyor belts is
usually between -40ºC and 70ºC. Within this temperature
range, PP conveyor belts can maintain good mechanical
properties and chemical stability. Temperatures exceeding
70ºC may cause PP conveyor belts to decompose, while at low
temperatures below -40ºC, PP conveyor belts may become
brittle and easily break.
Use of PP manure cleaning belt:
The connection method of PP manure cleaning belt mainly includes the following steps:
1.Preparation:
Ensure that the welding temperature is appropriate, usually below 80 degrees, to prevent the PP belt from decomposing at high temperatures.
Check the angle of the welding equipment, and it is recommended to use a 45-degree bevel to ensure the quality and strength of the welding.
2.Interface treatment:
The interface should be staggered by 5 cm to ensure the strength and durability of the connection.
The three-layer welding method is adopted, that is, the upper manure belt is placed on the lower manure belt at the joint, and then three passes of welding are performed.
When welding, ensure that the joint is welded to the edge 0.5 mm to prevent the weld from being scraped during operation.
3.Welding point arrangement:
The center spacing of the welding points should be 2 cm, and the spacing of the middle one should not be more than 3 cm to ensure the density and firmness of the welding points.

Notes:
1. It is forbidden to touch the driving mechanism and perform maintenance work when the manure belt is running.
2. It is forbidden to place hard objects in the middle of the manure belt or scratch the manure belt; open flames or electric welding are prohibited near the manure belt.
3. The pressure adjustment of the driving roller and the pressing roller should not be too tight, which may easily cause degumming. 4. Clean the chicken manure (clean once a day from 0 to 30 days of age, and clean more than twice a day after 30 days of age), otherwise it is easy to cause the manure belt to slip, deviate, or the manure belt to be drawn into the driving roller, causing damage to the driving roller or the manure belt.
5. The tightness of the manure belt should not be adjusted too tightly, otherwise it will reduce its service life; if the pressure of the pressing roller is adjusted too loosely, the driving roller and the manure belt will slip during operation, which will damage the manure belt and reduce its life.
6. The manure belt should be loosened during the winter when the pens are empty to prevent the manure belt from shrinking and the cage frame from being damaged.
7. There should be someone guarding both ends of the cage when the manure belt is running.

How to operate and adjust the manure belt
Generally, the outside adjustment method on one side is adopted; when the manure belt deviates to the inside, adjust the nut of the fine-tuning screw of the outside adjustment plate, first loosen the nut 2-3 threads, wait for 20-30 minutes, and observe the operation of the manure belt until the manure belt is equidistant from the two sides. When adjusting the screw nut, it is not advisable to rotate too much at one time, and it should be adjusted multiple times, each time by 2-3 threads, until the manure belt is equidistant from the two sides; when the manure belt deviates to the outside, adjust the fine-tuning screw nut of the outside adjustment plate, and the adjustment direction is opposite to the above adjustment, and the adjustment details are the same as above; fine-tuning screw adjustment of the tail adjustment plate; when the manure belt deviates to the inside, adjust the fine-tuning screw of the outside adjustment plate, first loosen the nut 2-3 threads, wait for 20-30 minutes, and observe the operation of the manure belt until the manure belt is equidistant from the two sides.
