Inside the chicken coop
The inside of the trough made of hot galvanized sheets is fitted with an additional adjusting plate.
When birds are small, birds gather for eating below the adjusting plate.
With the age increasing, the adjusting plate gets down.
And chickens gather for eating above the adjusting plate.
There is a bird-stop line above the adjusting plate.
Therefore, all the designs ensure that pullets can eat freely and avoid running away.
Under construction
Door net: Adopting large cage doors, the design is reasonable and not easy to deform, making it convenient to catch chickens; You can flexibly choose between push-pull or spring type.
The cage door is easy to open and close, reducing the risk of chicken throwing materials;
Plate: 275g made of aluminum zinc plated plate, corrosion-resistant, customized high-strength model, durable and long-lasting.
Cage net: The bottom net is made of high-quality
aluminum zinc plated wire, which has the advantages
of high strength, good elasticity, and smooth surface,
effectively alleviating chicken fatigue while reducing
eggshell damage.
Barrier: Open, with good ventilation performance, welded with 2.9mm thick steel wire, sturdy and durable.

All the materials of the mesh are welded with zinc aluminum alloy thick coated steel wire, which is precisely expressed as: 10% aluminum+90% zinc alloy coating on the surface of the steel wire.
After salt spray testing (5% salt water immersion test), the corrosion resistance performance reaches a lifespan of 35-45 years.
Trough: The trough is made of PVC or aluminum-
magnesium-zinc sheet material, with reliable quality,
small joints and high straightness.
Automatic Manure Cleaning
The manure scraping plate has a fecal scraping degree of more than 95%, and the fecal belt is clean and clean.
